Rescheduling is permitted only if informed 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations will be considered as lapsed appointments with no refund or credit.

USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree to:

The recommended duration of use is three to four months. Users are instructed not to continue use beyond this period unless specifically advised by us. Any continuation of use without our explicit recommendation is done at the user’s own discretion, and we disclaim all responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.

The User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for monitoring their own health status and for promptly informing the Consultant of any concerns, reactions, or changes in their condition.

The User further acknowledges that the success of any program or treatment plan is dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to individual commitment, lifestyle, and adherence, which are beyond the Consultant’s control. Realistic goals and expectations should be established collaboratively with the Consultant.

Though all follow-up appointments are scheduled well on time, however, if follow-up is due and the User is unable to connect with our consultants (for say, the client didn’t answer the phone/was not reachable/missed the appointment), it is the User’s responsibility to call our support team to schedule next appointment.

Our products are of highest quality standards. However, individual tolerance and responses to probiotics may vary.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Probiotics provided are sourced from approved suppliers. We do not guarantee results, and the efficacy may vary between individuals. We don’t encourage our Users to take breaks (except emergencies) while following the program because discipline is the key needed. No extensions are allowed if the User fails to follow the instructions due to any reason. If the User doesn’t follow the program due to any reason or doesn’t take consultation on time within the enrolment window, the plan will get lapsed, automatically.

Programs are non-transferable; transfers, if approved, may include an administrative fee.

Program extension not possible upon commencement
The program cannot be shifted to a later date in any circumstance.
If you interrupt or stop the ongoing program for any reason (such as pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this program that is not yet paid shall remain due.
In view of the Terms, Users are requested to avail consultations with regularity to benefit maximally. Gaps/irregularities in the program will not be adjusted later. Users are requested to; maintain regular contact with the respective consultant for the efficiency of the program.
The Users are requested to register only after a clear understanding of the process involved, as any further claims shall be excluded.

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Information Technology Act, 2000, and SPDI Rules, 2011. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) under Indian law. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration, with each party appointing one arbitrator and the two arbitrators jointly appointing a third. Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English unless otherwise agreed, with the seat and venue in Pune, India. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Subject to this arbitration clause, these Terms shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India. Either party may seek urgent or interim relief to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their failure to disclose relevant medical information, misuse of supplements, or non-adherence to guidance provided.
